Notice To Clients

Effective 3/31/2022

Many Hawai'i Businesses have been battling rising costs. From shipping to raising cost of goods. It's a tough battle we all face especially living on an island and in a constantly changing economy. We wanted to take initiative and communicate an upcoming price increase on some services to you our loyal customers. 

There is a COVID fee for  pedicure services for disposable nail kits. Upon request clients may ask to take kits home.

Effective January 1, 2022 

We will no longer accept TIP on Credit Cards.

Please tip your Nail Tech or Esthetician Cash or via personal Venmo.

Booking Appointments ahead of time is recommended

Due to high volume appointment requests we would like to ask everyone to book your appointments in ADVANCE to guarantee your appointment time slot.

We cannot guarantee last minute bookings. 

 

Please wear appropriate pants & open toe non-slip foot wear to pedicure appointment as we will no longer provide disposable slippers.

COVID-19 Guidelines

Please do not come or call to reschedule your appointment if:

You show any signs or symptoms consistent with COVID-19

You have been directly exposed to anyone with COVID-19

Mask Requirement

We respect everyone's decision to wear or not wear a mask. Mask is recommended but not required at this time.

Appointment Policy

We recommend booking an appointment online or calling. Walk ins are welcomed due to open availability. We must honor appointments first as appointments are our first priority and walk ins are not guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

Please plan on arriving 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so that you may relax and enjoy every minute of your treatment (Clients will not be compensated for any time missed due to their own tardiness & will end at the scheduled time so as not to inconvenience our other guests). Appointments that are NOT cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours prior to your appointment time will be charged 50% to your credit card. No call/ No show will be charged 100% of the service booked by you. Please cancel online or call the spa at (808) 888-8011.

Child Safety Policy

For the safety and comfort of your children, yourself, and our guests, we appreciate your support and understanding of our guidelines regarding having your children in our spa. Please make all necessary child care arrangements prior to your visit. Children are welcome on the salon floor when receiving a service. Due to the use of hot tools, sharp tools, and chemicals on the spa floor, for your child's safety and protection, we ask that NO children be present on the spa floor when not receiving a service. This includes in strollers, empty spa chairs, or in your lap. Blissful Nails & Spa does not, under any circumstance, assume responsibility for the well-being of your child during your visit. The guardian assumes all liability for any damages to the retail area during your visit.

Gift Card Policy

Redeemable for merchandise & services at Spa. Not redeemable or exchangeable for cash. Value of the card will not be replaced if the card is lost, stolen, altered or destroyed. It does not expire & no fees will be charged against unused balance.
