COVID-19 Guidelines

Safety protocols and guidelines have been put in place to help stop the spread of COVID-19. The health and safety of our clients and staff is our top priority. Please fill out the client forms prior to your appointment. Call or text your service provider and they will come out to escort you in.  Temperature check will be taken before entry. Please come alone. Face mask required for entry. Wash or sanitize hands upon arrival. Practice social distancing. Thank you for your patience, understanding and cooperation.

Please fill out & sign Client questionnaire & waiver prior to your appointment.

Please do not come or call to reschedule your appointment if:

You show any signs or symptoms consistent with COVID-19

You have traveled in the last 30 days

You have been directly exposed to anyone with COVID-19

You are not wearing a mask

Failure to comply with listed requirements will result in a cancellation fee

Appointment Policy

We recommend booking an appointment online or calling. Walk ins are welcomed due to open availability. We must honor appointments first as appointments are our first priority and walk ins are not guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

Please plan on arriving 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so that you may relax and enjoy every minute of your treatment (Clients will not be compensated for any time missed due to their own tardiness & will end at the scheduled time so as not to inconvenience our other guests). Appointments that are NOT cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours prior to your appointment time will be charged 50% to your credit card. No call/ No show will be charged 100% of the service booked by you. Please cancel online or call the spa at (808) 888-8011.

Child Safety Policy

For the safety and comfort of your children, yourself, and our guests, we appreciate your support and understanding of our guidelines regarding having your children in our spa. Please make all necessary child care arrangements prior to your visit. Children are welcome on the salon floor when receiving a service. Due to the use of hot tools, sharp tools, and chemicals on the spa floor, for your child's safety and protection, we ask that NO children be present on the spa floor when not receiving a service. This includes in strollers, empty spa chairs, or in your lap. Blissful Nails & Spa does not, under any circumstance, assume responsibility for the well-being of your child during your visit. The guardian assumes all liability for any damages to the retail area during your visit.

Gift Card Policy

Redeemable for merchandise & services at Spa. Not redeemable or exchangeable for cash. Value of the card will not be replaced if the card is lost, stolen, altered or destroyed. It does not expire & no fees will be charged against unused balance.
